Sunrise or Sunset SUP Session
Our sunrise or sunset SUP sessions are one of most relaxing sessions we offer, giving you a chance to soak up the magic and relaxation that comes with being out on the sea when the sun rays and skys colours are bouncing off the water.
Join us on the water for our fully supervised session - 4K/HD photos or vidoes are taken for you to remember the whole experience.
We will then soak up the amazing views and coastline all whilst having fun in a safe environment.
Meet and greet & getting changed (10 minutes)
Introduction (10 minutes)
Lesson - 4K/HD photos on water - (1 hour)
Reflection & tea or coffee after experienece.
The over all plan is to have fun, enjoy yourself and relax in the elements, other than that here is the general lesson plan
Part 1
Saftey demo on beach.
How to hold the paddle, manuvouring board turning & stopping.
Falling in, floating and getting back on the board.
Having fun!
Part 2
Standing only when you are comfortable.
Soaking up the suns rays on the water.
Meditation on the water.
We have changing and shower facilities, with toilets WC.
If you have a wetsuit do bring it along, if you dont have a wetsuit no problem just let us know and we can arrange on for you.
Weather dependant in the summer season we have short wetsuit options or just a life jacket over your swimsuit.
We advise you to bring sunscreen and or apply it before you arrive, if you forgot no problem will we alway have sunscreen don't be afraid to ask.
Bring drinking water along, stay hydrated. We will have refreshments if you forget!
Please advise us before the lesson of any medical conditions or specific requirements you may have.
We are fully qualified instructors and beach lifegaurds so if you are nervous of the water please let us know.
It is a common thinig to be nervous, we will guide you through the session at your own pace. The main aim of the lesson is to relax, enjoy and take in the beauty of the ocean.
We have a safe place to store your belongings, if you have car keys or mobile phones we can mind them while the lesson is on the water.
We are dealing with mother nature, always remember weather and sea conditions can change, our schedule can change slightly we will be sure to let you know well in advance if so.
Safety comes first, If the weather changes duriing our session we may have to re schedule. We operate within certain weather conditions.
