Stand up paddle board session on Barcelona's cleanest beach.
We have the best qualitiy equipment which makes the world of difference when starting stand up paddle boarding for the first time, with a selection of SUP boards.
After we get the basics and safety down we will hit the water starting on our knees, to standing. We will then soak up the amazing views and coastline all whilst having fun in a safe environment.

Part 1
Saftey demo on beach.
Getting use to paddling, turning, stopping - on knees.
Falling in, flaoating and getting back on the board.
Having fun!
Part 2
Basic paddling techniques.
Standing only when you are comfortable.
Action on whipe out.
Explore the coastline.
We have changing and shower facilities, with toilets WC.
We advise you to bring sunscreen and or apply it before you arrive, if you forgot no problem will we alway have sunscreen don't be afraid to ask. Bring drinking water along, stay hydrated.
We will have refreshments if you forget!
Please advise us before the lesson of any medical conditions or specific requirements you may have.
We are fully qualified instructors and beach lifeguards so if you are nervous of the water please let us know.
It is a common thing to be nervous, we will guide you through the session at your own pace. The main aim of the lesson is to relax, enjoy and take in the beauty of the ocean. We have a safe place to store your belongings, if you have car keys or mobile phones we can mind them while the lesson is on the water.
We are dealing with mother nature, always remember weather and sea conditions can change, our schedual can change slightly we will be sure to let you know well in advance if so.
Safety comes first, If the weather changes duriing our session we may have to re schedule. We operate within certain weather conditions.
