SUP training begins! Experience paddling on the water while training your entire body.
- 2 sessions a week, morning or evening
- 1 hour 30 minute sessions
- Choose your pass: weekly/monthly or drop in
Price points & bundles - Mornings 10:00am Wednesday & Saturday - Evenings 18:30pm Tuesday & Thursday
- €35per class drop in price
- €25per class pay weekly - €50 weekly (2 sessions)
- €20per class pay monthly - €160 monthly (8 sessions)
1 hour 30 minute sessions
Introduction - Meet your instructor and everyone on the class discussing levels and abilities and what you what to get out of the sessions
Warm up - Focused around the muscles we will be using throughout the sessions
Land run through - Introduction to equipment and lookign at weather & sea forcast for that day, on the day assessment
Hit the water - Settign a series of different activities for each session building on what was learned from the previous week
Cool down/reflection on session - Cool down as a team/group chatting about how the session went for you and improvements

- If you let us know 24 hours in advance and can make one of the sessions you have paid for we are more than happy to move the session to a diffeerent week that suits you
